How do I pay for the Tenant Access Pass?
Choose from ₹299/3 months, ₹459/6 months, or ₹799/12 months. Pay securely via Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking — on the payment page. All payments are 100% secure.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card or UPI details.
Can I get a receipt for my payment?
Yes, a payment receipt with your payment ID is shown immediately after a successful payment and saved to your account.

How do I book a property tour?
Browse properties and click "Book Tour" or visit the Tour Booking page. Choose your property, date, and time slot.
How does digital lease signing work?
Once you and the owner agree, you can review and sign the lease digitally on the Lease Signing page. No paperwork needed.
Escrow & Deposits
How is my security deposit protected?
Your deposit is held in a secure escrow account until move-in verification. See our Escrow Policy for details.
What if there's a dispute?
Both parties can submit evidence and our team makes a fair determination within 7 business days.
