We accept the standard government-issued identity documents used across India. At least one primary document is required, and we prefer a second supporting document to strengthen the match.
All documents are encrypted and stored securely. We never display your tenant's full ID to you — you receive a verification summary with a pass/fail result and the details that matter for the lease.
Most identity checks complete within minutes. In rare cases where records are slow to respond or a document is unclear, verification can take up to 24 hours.
